Who can apply
The partner program is for owners or authorized admins of real online communities—Telegram groups, WhatsApp communities, Facebook groups, channels, blogs, and similar audiences. The personal Referral program is open to any user; partner and referral rewards use different attribution rules.
- You must have a signed-in xrowdeal account in good standing to submit a community.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) and able to enter binding agreements.
- You should control or have explicit permission to promote xrowdeal in the community you register.
- We may decline or restrict applications in sanctioned regions or where partner rewards are prohibited by law.
Application & approval
Submit your community from the Partners page (sign-in required). Our team reviews each submission before a partner link becomes active.
- Provide accurate group name, platform, public link, and member statistics.
- Each group URL can only be registered once on xrowdeal.
- You may register up to 10 communities per account.
- Status may be pending (under review), active (link live), or banned (access removed).
- Only active partner links count signups and earn commissions.
- We may request proof of ownership or admin access before approval.
Partner links & attribution
After approval, each community receives a unique partner invite URL (for example,
/signup.php?partner=YOUR-SLUG). Share that link inside your community so new members
register with partner attribution.
- Users should open your partner link before creating an account.
- If someone signs up through an approved partner link, partner attribution applies for that registration—a personal referral code is not used for that signup.
- Partner click tracking uses a short-lived browser cookie so returning visitors within the attribution window can still be linked to your community.
- Inactive, pending, or banned partner slugs do not attribute new signups.
- Attribution is stored on the member’s account and applies to deals they complete as buyer or seller while that attribution remains valid on our systems.
When you earn
When an attributed member completes a deal on xrowdeal, you may earn 25% of the escrow service fee on that deal.
- Commissions are created when the underlying deal reaches a completed status through our normal escrow flow.
- If both the buyer and seller on a deal joined through the same approved partner community, you receive one partner commission for that deal (not two).
- If the buyer and seller joined through different approved partner communities, each qualifying partner may receive a commission on that deal.
- Partner earnings are credited to the community owner’s affiliate wallet and appear in commission history alongside referral earnings.
- If a deal is canceled, disputed, or reversed, related commissions may be withheld, reversed, or never created.
Wallet & withdrawals
Partner and referral earnings share the same affiliate wallet until you request a withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal: 10.00 USDT (current minimum; always confirmed on the wallet page).
- You must provide accurate payout details for the method you select. Payout method fees may apply.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are sent. We may approve, reject, or request more information.
- Rejected withdrawals return the requested amount to your available affiliate balance.
- Only withdraw to accounts and wallets you own or are authorized to use.
Community standards
We expect partner communities to promote xrowdeal honestly and responsibly.
- Describe xrowdeal accurately: USDT escrow for peer-to-peer deals, with fees and hold periods as published.
- Do not spam unrelated groups, scrape contact lists, or send unsolicited bulk messages where prohibited.
- Disclose that you may earn a commission when required by law or platform rules.
- Do not misrepresent xrowdeal as an investment, guaranteed-income scheme, or licensed financial institution.
- Keep your registered community link and member counts reasonably accurate; report major changes if we ask.
- Do not create fake reviews, inflated metrics, or misleading screenshots of earnings.
Prohibited conduct
The following examples (not a complete list) can void commissions and lead to account or partner action:
- Fake communities—registering groups you do not control or listing duplicate / misleading URLs.
- Self-dealing—creating accounts or deals mainly to generate partner payouts without genuine trade purpose.
- False identity, stolen accounts, or impersonation during application or payout.
- Abuse of the platform, including chargeback patterns, escrow circumvention, or exploiting errors instead of reporting them.
- Illegal goods or services promoted through your partner channels.
- Referral stacking abuse—coordinating fake signups or circular deal activity across partner and referral programs.
Enforcement
Depending on the situation, we may take one or more of the following steps:
- Leave a community in pending status or reject a new application.
- Set partner status to banned and disable partner links.
- Place a temporary hold on pending affiliate balances while we review activity.
- Reverse commissions that were paid in error or tied to prohibited conduct.
- Suspend partner tools or withdrawals during an investigation.
- Permanently terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
We may also act under our broader policies for fraud, sanctions, legal process, or escrow disputes. Commission amounts linked to affected deals may be adjusted to match the final outcome of those deals.
Updates
xrowdeal may change partner commission rates, approval criteria, minimum withdrawals, or these rules. Updated terms apply to new activity after they are published. Continued use of partner links after an update means you accept the revised rules for future earnings.
Current rates are summarized on the program overview. In case of conflict, the Terms of service control.
